Indecision Coffee is what I finally decided to name my home roasting project after kicking around dozens of ideas for about a year. I think deep down, I’m always a little scared to begin. Naming something and putting it out into the world just feels so final. And let’s face it. I’m an indecisive person. I can hardly decide what I want to do with my time on a daily basis, much less come up with a name and logo for my little coffee roasting sidegig.
At the very least, there’s a couple of things I’ve made my mind up about.
I want to drink great coffee.
And I want to share the amazing gift of great coffee with as many people as I can.
my goal is to roast coffee that I love so that it can be found by others who will love it, too.

This area has been hurting for a restaurant that serves freshly cooked meals for a while now. My family now has the option of eating healthy without having to drive 45 minutes out of our way. Not only is your food great but the warm atmosphere within your place makes for great dining experiences.
